Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Three years hands-on experience in magnetic thin film fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing in a process engineering role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proficient in SPC and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, sustain and support the manufacturing process; detect and correct process errors.
• Release and integrate new programs into the manufacturing line.
• Provide guidance to engineers regarding experiments or evaluations and feedback to back-end process group.
• Interpret defect data from imaging tools (FIB, SEM, EDX, TEM) and support process controls.
• Use SPC and JMP/Excel to analyze data and present findings to teams.
