Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, strong fundamentals in mechanical and electrical engineering, and experience with statistics, DOE, and 3D CAD.

Qualifications

• Requires strong mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience with statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments.
• Familiarity with wafer probe, testers, and probe cards is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and semiconductor processes.
• Ability to manage programs and coordinate cross-functional teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Wafer Probers, Testers & Probe Cards and deploy methods to improve performance.
• Collaborate with global teams to apply best-known methods for wafer probe.
• Engage equipment suppliers to resolve quality and performance issues.
• Establish manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and deploy new methods or processes to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Generate equipment specifications meeting safety and capability requirements.
• Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure quality standards.
