Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead development, qualification, and deployment of wafer probers and related equipment.
• Define specs, design requirements, and qualification strategies aligned to roadmaps.
• Drive equipment introductions from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to improve performance.
• Investigate deviations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and apply statistical methods for continuous improvement.
• Develop metrics, BKMs, and process improvements for yield and cost.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to boost productivity and decision making.
