Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise is seeking a TSE KEG Equipment Engineer to lead the development, qualification, and deployment of wafer probers, testers, probe cards, and supporting manufacturing technologies.

You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external suppliers to improve equipment capability, efficiency, reliability, and product quality, driving next-generation semiconductor solutions and delivering measurable impact across Micron's worldwide manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in equipment or manufacturing engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience leading engineering projects and delivering technical solutions.
Experience applying DOE, statistics, and DOE techniques to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Lead development, evaluation, qualification, and deployment of wafer probers, testers, probe cards, and related technologies.
Define equipment specifications and qualification strategies aligning with roadmaps.
Drive first-of-a-kind equipment introductions from concept through production.
Lead cross-functional projects with manufacturing, test, process, quality, and suppliers.
Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Design experiments, analyze data, and apply statistical methods for decisions.
Develop metrics, BKMs, and process improvements to boost quality and yield.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and problem solving.
