Job summary

You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external suppliers to improve equipment capability, efficiency, reliability, and product quality, driving next-generation semiconductor solutions and delivering measurable impact across Micron's worldwide manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in equipment or manufacturing engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading engineering projects and delivering technical solutions.
• Experience applying DOE, statistics, and DOE techniques to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, evaluation, qualification, and deployment of wafer probers, testers, probe cards, and related technologies.
• Define equipment specifications and qualification strategies aligning with roadmaps.
• Drive first-of-a-kind equipment introductions from concept through production.
• Lead cross-functional projects with manufacturing, test, process, quality, and suppliers.
• Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Design experiments, analyze data, and apply statistical methods for decisions.
• Develop metrics, BKMs, and process improvements to boost quality and yield.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and problem solving.
