Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in electronics/manufacturing.
• Two years in semiconductor high-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing processes, and SPC.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support wafer fab production and probe area processes.
• Review and document procedures; assist Engineering with changes.
• Dispose abnormal wafers for rework; ensure prompt completion.
• Collect and analyze data; use SPC to identify actions.
• Troubleshoot tools and processes; participate in improvements.
• Assist training and certification of operators on tools.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and support integration timelines.
