Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in semiconductor wafer fab or similar.
• Experience with ERP, MES, APS, and fab scheduling; strong Excel and BI skills.
• Lean, Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the short-, mid-, and long-range wafer fab production plan including starts and release timing.
• Translate demand and customer priorities into time-phased schedules across re-entrant flows.
• Lead planning reviews and coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Monitor performance and adjust schedules to meet on-time delivery.
