Job summary

EY seeks an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services. You will own performance, resilience, and cross-team execution while guiding engineers and managing risk across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires deep technical depth to direct incident response, governance, and platform lifecycle planning, with a strong emphasis on automation and sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking or related fields.
• 3+ years in technical team leadership or platform management.
• Experience with formal incident, change, problem and lifecycle practices.
• Knowledge of WAF policy ops, CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS, and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF and Ingress & Edge services.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineers across senior levels.
• Own service metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and incident governance.
• Coordinate cross-team responses for major incidents and outages.
• Drive platform lifecycle, automation, and standard work improvements.
