Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced WAF & Internet Ingress and Edge Manager to lead operational service delivery for enterprise application protection, load balancing, ingress, traffic management, and edge connectivity services.

The role oversees service performance, resilience, and customer engagement, working across application, cloud, networking, firewall, vendor, and operations teams to maintain secure, reliable services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years in WAF, app delivery, load balancing, cloud networking, edge security, or related ops.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, service delivery, or platform management.
• Experience with incident, change, problem, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of WAF policy operations, CDN, bot/DDoS controls, AWS/Azure ingress, DNS, TLS certificates, and IaC.
• Strong customer engagement, leadership, communication, risk management, troubleshooting, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for WAF, Internet Ingress & Edge services.
• Set priorities, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and performance expectations.
• Ensure alignment between WAF, application delivery, ingress, DNS, certificates, and edge security ops.
• Lead reviews, incident management, root-cause analysis, and governance.
• Drive lifecycle planning, automation, and platform improvements.
