Job summary

Atlas is seeking a WABO Special Inspector to provide valuable inspection services on some of the largest transportation projects in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal Inspector will be WABO certified, preferably for structural steel and post‑tensioned concrete.

Qualifications

• WABO certification required, preferably structural steel and post‑tensioned concrete.
• ICC certifications in multiple categories are preferred.
• ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Grade I is a plus.
• WAQTC, CWI, NACE, and other materials certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applicable inspections as scheduled.
• High proficiency with verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand project specifications and drawings.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and documentation of field activities and testing results.
• Accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness of results is essential.
