Job summary

Atlas is seeking a WABO Special Inspector to support large transportation projects in the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will be WABO certified, preferably with structural steel and post-tensioned concrete experience, delivering accurate inspections and clear reports.

Qualifications

• Required WABO certification with preference for structural steel and post-tensioned concrete.
• ICC certifications and other materials testing qualifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with concrete field-testing and quality control is desired.
• Strong reading of project specs and drawing interpretation.
• Ability to prepare accurate field reports and document testing results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections as scheduled with attention to detail.
• Read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Prepare timely, accurate field reports and documentation of testing results.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.
