HTU is seeking a dynamic insurance leadership candidate in Spokane, WA to build and guide a team of professionals, conduct client interviews, explain policy options, and drive KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities include field underwriting, completing medical forms, arranging payments, and ongoing client support while promoting a competitive, inclusive work environment. Leadership and onboarding duties are essential for success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based compensation, highly customizable and discussed with the onboarding manager.
• Salary range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 per year.
