Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators gain affordable insurance and financial security. You will operate in an exclusive territory with cutting-edge technology and a dedicated service representative to support client service work.

The role offers a 1099 compensation model with incentives and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio. You will build relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and participate in networking events to grow your independent

Qualifications

• Preferred 2-5 years in insurance/financial services
• Licenses required where applicable: Life and Health Insurance, Property and Casualty
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if required in your region

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency


• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)


• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:


• Life and Health Insurance License


• Property and Casualty Insurance License


• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
