Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. seeks an Illinois-licensed therapist to support the launch of behavioral health services as an Independent Contractor. The role focuses on payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities to expand access to care in Illinois and surrounding markets.

This flexible 1099 engagement offers ~1 hour per week with a limited time commitment during the launch phase and potential for expanded involvement as patient services grow.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Illinois license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers.
• Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements.
• Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models.
• Active Illinois Medicaid enrollment preferred.
• Illinois state residency required.

Mansioni

• Credentialing & Licensure: Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes.
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation.
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations.
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch.
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the IL landscape.
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate.
