Job summary

Huron Automotive in Green Bay, WI is seeking an experienced Volkswagen/Audi Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles to high standards of quality and service.

The role focuses on accurate diagnostics, adherence to manufacturer specifications, and strong teamwork within a professional shop. Weekend-free schedule and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong experience working on Volkswagen and/or Audi vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of European vehicle systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Huron Automotive is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Volkswagen/Audi Technician to join our Green Bay service center and help deliver the quality repairs and service our customers expect.

YOUR ROLE

As a Volkswagen/Audi Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles while maintaining Huron Automotive's high standards for quality and customer service.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing & Repairing — Perform accurate diagnostics and quality repairs on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles.
• Performing Maintenance — Complete scheduled maintenance and recommended services according to manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshooting — Identify mechanical and electrical issues and determine the appropriate repair.
• Quality Workmanship — Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.
• Using Diagnostic Equipment — Utilize scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical resources to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns.
• Following Safety Standards — Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicating With the Team — Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to keep repairs moving efficiently.
• Taking Pride in Your Work — Deliver the level of quality and attention to detail our customers expect from Huron Automotive.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a technician who knows their craft and takes pride in doing the job right.

You should have:

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong experience working on Volkswagen and/or Audi vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of European vehicle systems and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred:

• ASE certifications
• Volkswagen/Audi-specific training or certifications
• Experience with factory-level diagnostic equipment
• Experience working in an independent European repair facility
