IS THIS YOU?

• You're a developing technician with some automotive training or hands-on experience, ready to build your skills in a structured dual-brand European store where the work is varied and the path forward is clear
• You take quality seriously even on routine maintenance, you're reliable and self-directed, and you want to grow toward flat-rate service work in a supportive shop environment

WHO WE ARE

Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.

Audi Volkswagen of Bellingham is a dual-brand luxury and import dealership serving the close-knit Whatcom County community. The hourly technician role is a foundational position in the shop -- performing maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on both Audi and Volkswagen vehicles while building the technical skills and platform familiarity that support advancement into flat-rate service work. We hire for work ethic and technical aptitude and invest in certification development from there.

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY AUDI VOLKSWAGEN OF BELLINGHAM

• Two distinct European platforms -- Audi and Volkswagen -- means broader technical exposure than a single-brand store, and that breadth builds a more versatile technician skillset from day one
• A close-knit Whatcom County community where the shop's reputation for quality work is known and recognized -- the technician who does consistent, accurate work here is valued for it
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- define how we treat our technicians and our guests in equal measure

If you're a developing technician ready to build your skills on two European platforms in a well-run Whatcom County store where your progression path is clear and supported --
