Job summary

Digital Consultants LLC seeks a Video Teleconference (VTC) Administrator to lead and manage VTC operations for US Army North at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. The role spans planning, scheduling, and supporting conferences across multiple locations within a federal contracting team.

You will ensure security compliance, maintain equipment, and train users while coordinating with Army stakeholders. A DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I certification and an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing VTC for HQs elements.
• Scheduling VTC sessions and bridging systems.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service.
• Thorough knowledge of VTC hardware, software and networking.
• Active Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level I certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical VTC support, plan, schedule, coordinate, promote, and train users.
• Advise on VTC capabilities and ensure compliant operation.
• Lead on-site VTC support for live, interactive meetings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network problems.
• Maintain records and ensure equipment and supplies.
• Support ARNORTH HQ events, assessments, and ceremonies.
