Job summary

The 23 Group seeks a Video Teleconferencing and Multimedia Support Specialist to ensure seamless conference room operations for DeCA HQ. You will manage scheduling, readiness, and Tier 0/1 support for AV systems, working closely with the team to keep daily communications flowing smoothly.

Clear and concise written/spoken communication
Basic understanding of multimedia equipment (projection, displays, audio, control interfaces)
Experience with Teams/Webex and modern virtual meeting environments
Hardware troubleshooting basics (cables, power cycling, swaps)
Proficiency in Windows 11 and MS Office 365

Responsibilities

Provide user-level support for setup, operation, and maintenance of VTC and multimedia systems across HQ and locations.
Serve as the primary contact for conference room scheduling and readiness to ensure conflict-free bookings.
Conduct routine checks to verify hardware and collaboration tools are operational before meetings.
Act as first line of defense for AV issues; perform basic troubleshooting and hardware swaps.
Document complex failures and create detailed trouble tickets, tracking issues through resolution.
Regularly brief program management and stakeholders on equipment status and repair progress.
