Job summary

The One 23 Group seeks a Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and multimedia support specialist to keep DeCA headquarters connected. You will be the primary contact for scheduling, operations, and Tier 0/1 support of conference rooms and collaboration spaces.

Responsibilities include setup, user instruction, issue logging, and coordination of resources with a focus on reliability and proactive hardware validation before meetings.

Qualifications

• VIP client interactions experience desired
• Must be able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of AV/VC systems and basic hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with conference room scheduling and operations

Responsibilities

• Provide user-level support for VTC, collaboration, and multimedia systems at DeCA HQ
• Assist personnel with connecting to conference room systems and interfaces
• Manage conference room scheduling and resource availability
• Conduct routine checks of conference rooms and hardware
• Act as first line for audio/visual issues and perform basic troubleshooting
• Document complex hardware failures and create detailed trouble tickets
• Brief program management and stakeholders on equipment status and repairs
• Assist with Microsoft 365 license management
