Job summary

NMR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a VTC Service Agent in Fort Belvoir, VA to provide technical operational support and direct VTC facilitation for MDA Executive Leadership.

The role involves operating audio/visual equipment, scheduling tools, and various Cisco/AMX systems to ensure seamless video conferencing events. Requirements include a DoD security clearance, high school diploma (college degree preferred), and at least one year of AV industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• One-year experience in the Audio Visual industry preferred.
• Must possess security clearance and be eligible for access to classified information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule conferencing events using client-provided scheduling tools.
• Provide executive-level VTC facilitation and professional communication with customers.
• Provide VTC and collaboration system facilitation to other users as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VTC and A/V systems and peripheral equipment.
• Use Remedy for incident tracking and perform preventative maintenance per SOPs.
