You will recruit, train, and advise undergraduate leaders, oversee Community Engagement Collective and Alternative Breaks, coordinate logistics, supervise staff, and assist with fundraising and donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher education or related field.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work well on a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Goal-driven, self-directed, and strong problem-solving and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, advise, and develop undergraduate student leaders for programs.
• Provide programmatic leadership for community engagement initiatives and events.
• Coordinate and oversee Alternative Breaks logistics and staff.
• Serve as instructor for two academic courses and develop leadership curricula.
• Supervise student staff and support fundraising and donor engagement.
• Contribute to committees and development activities related to Student Life.
