Job summary

Carrier is excited to offer an opportunity within our Ductless and VRF business in Georgia. We are seeking a qualified candidate to provide product application support and technical training. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and leveraging cross-functional teams for comprehensive customer support.

The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities include assisting with application designs, managing software issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of work experience or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist distribution in reviewing application designs based on mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with product managers and sales associates to provide solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional team to manage equipment selection software issues.
• Establish positive working relationships with the field and inside team.
• Monitor and close out customer support cases in Salesforce CRM.
