Job summary

Rutgers University seeks a Research Coordinator for the SSI-VR Lab in the School of Arts and Sciences. The role involves recruiting participants, designing and running VR experiments, and analyzing data, with responsibilities spanning data management, mentoring undergraduates, IRB maintenance, and event planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Competency using Microsoft Office software, SPSS, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day lab operations including participant recruitment, designing, running, and analyzing virtual reality experiments.
• Assist with data collection and analysis.
• Manage data-management activities including OSF spaces and creation of reports and summaries.
• Assist undergraduate research assistants from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain IRB protocols and assist with manuscript writing.
• Assist in planning lab events and trainings.
• Manage research-related social media platforms and website updates.
