Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field with relevant human-subjects experience.
• Ability to follow research protocols precisely and maintain data integrity.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; reliable and detail-oriented.
• Experience using REDCap/Qualtrics for data collection and IRB-compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify eligible participants and obtain informed consent in coordination with clinical staff.
• Enroll participants, conduct baseline procedures, and administer interviews.
• Install study apps, train participants on procedures, and monitor EMA/data streams.
• Maintain logs, enter data in REDCap/Qualtrics, and support IRB submissions.
• Assist in training undergraduates and support team meetings and literature tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and safety requirements.
