XRHealth is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive adoption of our VR therapeutic system in clinics within your state. You will walk into facilities, establish standing relationships with providers and staff, and guide them through obtaining signed orders for XRHealth treatment.

You will train front-office and nursing staff on order requirements, coordinate product demos, and drive orders to completion. Expect travel and direct account management to grow a new, outcomes-driven channel.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in medical device, DME, or healthcare field sales.
• Proven success with in-person outreach and relationship-building.
• Experience maintaining recurring meetings with clinical accounts over months.
• Ability to move accounts from no orders to consistent monthly orders.

Responsabilités

• Spend majority of time in the field visiting accounts in territory.
• Build standing relationships with clinicians and front-office staff.
• Explain XRHealth platform and ordering process to providers.
• Train staff on order requirements and prevent incomplete orders from stalling.
• Log visits and orders in CRM and report progress toward targets.
• Represent XRHealth at conferences and events.
• Provide feedback to Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams.
