AREA15 Las Vegas, LLC. is seeking an Interstellar Arc Operator to join our immersive entertainment district in Las Vegas. The role focuses on safely operating immersive attractions and VR equipment while guiding guests through interactive experiences.

You will ensure equipment readiness, assist with troubleshooting, manage guest flow, and promote tickets and Experience Passes, delivering engaging, themed guest service in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through immersive environments and VR experiences following the Interstellar Arc storyline.
• Operate VR equipment, tablets, and attraction technology per procedures.
• Assist guests with fitting, using, and removing VR headsets.
• Inspect, clean, sanitize, and organize VR gear, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues.
• Manage guest flow and queues to maintain capacity and positive experience.
• Provide safety instructions and exceptional guest service.
• Promote and sell Interstellar Arc tickets and AREA15 passes.
• Complete required safety, inspection, and incident documentation.
