Job summary

A dynamic arts organization in Kansas is seeking a Mission Specialist for a temporary, part-time position. This role involves providing exceptional guest service during immersive VR experiences. Successful candidates will welcome and assist visitors, manage VR equipment usage, and engage with guests throughout their journey. Ideal applicants possess a strong customer service mindset and may have prior experience with VR technology. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience in immersive/interactive guest environments is a plus.
• Previous experience with VR Technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with ticket scanning.
• Deliver friendly and professional communication throughout the entire guest journey.
• Assist guests with proper use of VR equipment and report issues.
