Job summary

AREA15 Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to support the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, event production, and building needs. You will coordinate events, ensure safety compliance, manage payroll allocations, and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.

The role requires acting as Manager on Duty, supervising the production team, and adapting to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced entertainment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production experience in a performing arts center, music venue, or related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage production planning, budgeting, execution, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge in production practices across event setup, tear down, and changeovers.
• Act as Manager on Duty/House Manager during events and oversee staff and contractors.
• Plan, schedule, direct, and execute production activities while ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Process payroll and manage timecards for labor reporting.
• Maintain schedules for day-to-day operations, productions, and event execution.
• Foster professional relationships with clients, team members, exhibitors, patrons, tenants, and others.
