Job summary

The Children's Courtyard Florida is seeking a State Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan, assess and instruct based on each child’s needs and the program’s requirements. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor teachers, and ensure classroom operations meet licensing standards.

You’ll manage curriculum, communicate with families, and promote social, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree
  • Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
  • The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
