Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child's needs and program requirements. We value curious, inventive educators who help children prepare for Kindergarten and beyond.

In this role you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor other teachers, manage classroom routines, and communicate with families to support student success. The position emphasizes safety, licensing compliance, and a partnership with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre‑K program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
