Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc. is seeking an Analyst in the VPC Operations Support Team to manage purchasing, process vendor invoices and payments, and maintain asset records.

The role serves as a liaison between operations, vendors, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure accurate procurement processing and timely payments. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of purchasing procedures, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business-related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1-2 years of experience required.
• Fixed asset accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with internal requesters, vendors, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
• Process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and within established timelines.
• Review, reconcile, and maintain vendor invoices against purchase orders, receipts, contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor files, and asset inventories per company requirements.
• Prepare purchasing reports, payment summaries, and asset tracking reports for management review.
