Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc. seeks an Analyst for the VPC Operations Support Team to manage purchasing and procurement support activities, process vendor invoices, maintain asset records, and ensure compliance with purchasing and accounting procedures.

The role acts as a liaison among departments, vendors, and accounting to ensure accurate procurement processing and timely payments, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing administration and procurement processes.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests, orders, and procurement transactions per policies and approvals.
• Coordinate purchasing with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Process vendor invoices and payments within established timelines.
• Reconcile invoices against POs, receipts, contracts, and docs; resolve discrepancies.
