Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Experience leading analytical workstreams.
• Interest in financial markets, macroeconomic trends, and current events—and how they impact portfolio performance and credit risk.
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into executive-level content with high attention to detail.
• Experience with modern analytical approaches, including automation and AI-enabled analysis.
• Comfort working with large datasets and driving data quality and consistency with Tech and data stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to reprioritize quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration across Risk, Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders.
• High initiative, ownership, and autonomous work style.
• Strong control orientation and dependable during time-sensitive cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive-ready insights and visuals for senior leadership and external audiences.
• Lead the wholesale credit risk content for quarterly risk updates and CFO materials.
• Support the CRO and senior Risk leadership with analytics for the Board and risk committees.
• Oversee data-driven metrics for external disclosures and CEO communications.
• Drive portfolio analytics and risk monitoring across Commercial, Investment Bank, and other lines of business.
• Coordinate intake, timelines and quality checks through peak reporting cycles.
• Modernize analytics toolkit with automation and AI-enabled analysis.
• Mentor teammates and institutionalize best practices across the team.
