Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director to support the Investment Banking & Wholesale Credit Risk Executive Content team. You will manage a team delivering content for leadership meetings, planning offsites, and ongoing credit risk data analysis to inform decision-making.

You will set standards for concise, impactful executive presentations and collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders across the risk organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics in large financial institutions/consulting.
• 5+ years leading executive reporting/governance for senior forums.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pipeline of wholesale credit risk executive content—from agenda setting to production for Board and Risk Committees.
• Maintain a forward calendar of executive content updates in partnership with committee secretaries.
• Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translating analysis into executive content, narratives and infographics.
• Design and deliver executive content for governance bodies and offsites with precise information for senior leadership.
• Drive program management excellence across multiple deliverables with disciplined timelines and quality checks.
• Manage and develop team, provide coaching on crafting executive-level presentations.
• Partner with stakeholders across levels and businesses in the credit risk organization.
• Demonstrate judgement, problem solving, and resourcefulness.
