Qualifications

• 12+ years in wholesale/credit risk, finance, or risk analytics; 5+ years leading executive reporting/governance for senior forums.
• Expertise in Credit Risk Management, Wholesale Banking products, strategy or transformation.
• Executive-level communicator who drives outcomes with minimal authority.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and cross-functional relationship skills.
• Disciplined program management, governance, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and delivery timelines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for senior leaders and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end pipeline of wholesale credit risk executive content from agenda to production.
• Maintain forward calendar for content updates for Board and Risk Committees.
• Extract and analyze wholesale credit data, translate into executive content and visuals.
• Design and deliver executive content for governance bodies and offsites.
• Drive program management excellence across multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Coach and develop team for high-quality executive presentations.
• Partner with diverse stakeholders across levels and business units.
• Demonstrate judgment, problem solving, and resourcefulness.
