You'll lead analytics with autonomy, drive data-driven storytelling, and partner across Risk, Finance, Technology, and Investor Relations to elevate risk insight and reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical workstreams.
• Strong interest in financial markets and how they impact portfolio performance and credit risk.
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into executive-level content with high attention to detail.
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled analysis in a well-controlled environment.
• Comfort working with large datasets and driving data quality through partnerships with Tech/data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across Risk, Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders.
• High initiative, ownership, and autonomous work style.
• Strong control orientation and dependable responsiveness during time-sensitive cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support senior-facing wholesale credit risk communications with executive-ready insights and visuals.
• Lead preparation of wholesale credit risk content for quarterly updates for the Firmwide CFO.
• Support CRO and senior Risk leadership with analytics for the Board and risk committees.
• Oversee data-driven metrics for external disclosures and CEO’s Annual Letter.
• Drive portfolio analytics and risk monitoring across multiple businesses.
• Manage intake, timelines, and quality checks across recurring/ad hoc deliverables.
• Modernize the analytical toolkit with automation and AI-enabled analytics.
• Mentor teammates and promote best practices across the Risk Controllers organization.
