Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in business strategy, finance, or analytics.
Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with clear recommendations.
Experience supporting senior leadership and influencing decisions across groups.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage priorities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Experience with data visualization/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Qlik).

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives for growth and engagement.
Design and operationalize compensation and incentive programs aligned with objectives.
Deliver analytical insights on sales, trends, productivity, and resource allocation.
Support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and headcount processes.
Develop reporting, KPI frameworks, and management materials for decisions.
