Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Business Strategy & Finance team within the Client Solutions Group.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, financial management, compensation design, analytics, and operational execution, providing a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across one of the firm’s most important distribution businesses.

Formación

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, finance, business management, compensation, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth, advisor engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
• Design, enhance, and operationalize compensation and incentive programs that align employee behaviors with business objectives.
• Deliver analytical insights related to sales performance, business trends, productivity metrics, and resource allocation.
• Support annual strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, and business management processes.
• Develop reporting, KPI frameworks, and management materials used to inform key business decisions.
• Drive governance processes and business reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
