Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management, advisor recruiting, business development, or related growth-focused functions.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable growth and performance outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Inclusive leadership across functions, regions, and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own regional recruiting results, including revenue, AUM, advisor headcount growth, and strategic outcomes.
• Partner with Territory and field leadership to develop and execute advisor acquisition strategies.
• Lead identification and execution of growth initiatives such as team acquisitions and mergers.
• Provide executive-market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and workforce planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization with clear performance standards.
• Drive adoption of centralized sourcing, field engagement, and third-party partnerships.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness and implement corrective actions to meet growth objectives.
• Ensure governance, budgeting, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
