Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in wealth management or advisor recruiting leadership.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving growth.
• Experience advising senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across the region.
• Inclusive leadership across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Own regional recruiting results including revenue, AUM, headcount and growth outcomes.
• Partner with Territory and field leadership to execute advisor acquisition strategies.
• Lead growth initiatives such as team acquisitions, mergers, and succession opportunities.
• Provide executive-level market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy and investments.
