• 10+ years of leadership experience in wealth management or advisor recruiting.

• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and influence across regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own regional recruiting results including revenue, AUM and advisor headcount growth.
• Develop and execute advisor acquisition strategies with leadership teams.
• Lead growth initiatives such as advisor team acquisitions and mergers.
• Provide executive market intelligence to inform strategy and workforce planning.
• Govern operating model, metrics, and governance for recruiting.
