Job summary

Bayview Asset Management is building an AI Enablement function to help every business unit work smarter with AI. As a Senior AI Enablement Consultant, you are a hands-on partner to our business teams, understanding their work and building practical AI solutions that prove value quickly.

You will run engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement, carrying hands-on building and training, and help create prompts, skills, and best practices the firm relies on.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in a business-facing technology or enablement role with hands-on generative AI experience.
• Strong user fluency with GenAI tools and prompt-engineering skills.
• Hands-on ability to build agents, skills, and prompt workflows (no‑code/low‑code).
• High ownership and fast-learning mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong communication to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and train others.
• Good judgment with sensitive data and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to map processes and surface AI opportunities.
• Build custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows (no‑code/low‑code).
• Work with IT to document requirements for integrations and guide development.
• Deliver enablement via training sessions, office hours, and content.
• Grow the enterprise library of prompts, skills, and best practices.
• Support responsible use with governance and cost-awareness.
