Bayview Asset Management, LLC seeks a Senior AI Enablement Consultant to partner with business units, identifying AI opportunities and delivering practical solutions that prove value quickly.

You will lead hands-on build efforts, create enterprise prompts and workflows, and enable the organization through training, governance, and scalable playbooks across the firm.

This hybrid role offers exposure across departments with growth in GenAI adoption within a regulated financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in a business-facing technology, consulting, analyst, or enablement role with hands-on GenAI experience.
• Strong power-user fluency with GenAI tools and solid prompt-engineering skills.
• Hands-on ability to build custom agents, skills, and prompt workflows; deep coding handled by IT partners.
• High ownership and a fast-learning, self-starting mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong communication; able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and train others.
• Good judgment with sensitive data and governance/risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units; map processes and surface AI opportunities.
• Build solutions hands-on; create custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code).
• Work with IT to route opportunities requiring integrations or development.
• Deliver enablement; run trainings and enablement content to promote GenAI adoption.
• Grow the enterprise toolkit; maintain the library of prompts and skills.
• Support responsible use; ensure governed, cost-aware GenAI usage.
• Stay current with new AI tools and pilot promising ones.
• Be a go-to resource for AI questions and support.
