Hamilton Lane in the Americas is seeking a Vice President, Wealth Management Marketing to own the marketing strategy and execution for the private wealth channel. You will set the go-to-market strategy across RIAs, independent broker-dealers, wirehouses, and private banks, driving measurable impact including conversion and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with private markets, asset/wealth management, or similar.
• Experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or wealth channels.
• End-to-end campaign ownership from strategy to execution across content, digital, events.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas private wealth marketing strategy across client touchpoints.
• Translate priorities into audience segments, calendar, content, and channels.
• Define brand and value proposition for the wealth channel.
• Lead integrated campaigns for launches, product milestones, spanning digital, events, and advisor tools.
• Partner with product/marketing on thought leadership and educational content.
• Own advisor- and client-facing materials to support sales.
