Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Vice President, Wealth Management Marketing to own the Americas private wealth marketing strategy and its execution. You’ll shape the go-to-market plan for RIAs, IBDs, wirehouses, and private banks, driving measurable outcomes from awareness to new client acquisition.

Lead integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and advisor tools; partner on thought leadership and market commentary; own advisor- and client-facing materials; and build repeatable launch

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in private markets, alt investments, or asset/wealth management.
• Direct experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or wealth channels.
• Proven track record owning integrated campaigns end-to-end: strategy to execution across content, digital, events.
• Self-starter who identifies opportunities and executes with initiative.
• Strong analytical skills; translates data into clear recommendations.
• Sharp writing and communication; translates complex investment concepts into advisor content.
• Fluency with marketing tech platforms (CRM, Seismic).
• Builder mindset with enthusiasm for growing strategy, not just running a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own the Americas private wealth marketing strategy across client touchpoints to expand reach and deepen relationships.
• Translate distribution priorities into a clear plan: audience segmentation, calendar, content, and channel mix.
• Define how Hamilton Lane's brand and value show up in the wealth channel.
• Drive channel strategy; align paid, owned, and earned to build the brand and meet objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns for fund launches, share class expansions, and evergreen milestones across digital, content, events, and tools.
• Partner with product and marketing on thought leadership, market commentary, and educational content for advisors and clients.
• Own advisor- and client-facing content and materials to support sales.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launches and placements across channel partners.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth leadership to identify opportunities to improve conversion, not just awareness.
