Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care and population health.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and RFP responses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining enterprise VBC results and case studies across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Partnering with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations to validate VBC impact.
• Leading VBC content strategy for sales pursuits and RFP responses.
• Collaborating to develop differentiated VBC messaging and presentations.
• Creating and maintaining VBC content including executive materials and client communications.
• Ensuring consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and tailoring for stakeholders.
• Advancing VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, and webinars.
• Monitoring industry trends and market dynamics to inform messaging and priorities.
• Leading internal communication to raise awareness of VBC strategy and results.
• Serving as a subject matter resource and strategic advisor on VBC strategy and differentiation.
