Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Senior UX Design Lead to drive advisory platform experiences across Wealth Management. You will lead end-to-end product design, partner with product, engineering, compliance and operations, and define North Star journeys with cross-functional teams.

You will apply design thinking, manage complex features, and mentor teams within a large, global organization, leveraging Figma and design systems to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field.
• 10 years of UX design experience and portfolio demonstrating business and user outcomes.
• Fluency in Figma and use of design systems; comfortable with rapid prototyping (Figma Make, Claude, Lovable).

Responsibilities

• Design holistic experiences for Wealth Management platforms guiding complex enterprise features.
• Produce detailed specs, prototypes, and IA for large-scale tools with cross-application consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Operations.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to drive value-driven UI decisions.
• Define north-star journeys, roadmaps, and blueprints aligned to business goals and constraints.
• Strategize and execute the product vision end-to-end within a large organization.
