Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Platforms is seeking a Senior UX Design Lead - Advisory, Vice President in New York to drive end-to-end design across the Advisor experience. Responsibilities

Produce efficient, low-friction workflows that optimize speed, accuracy, and confidence.
Define north-star journeys, service blueprints, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance/Risk, and Operations as a senior contributor.
Produce high-quality specs and prototypes; create scalable IA for large-scale tools.
Incorporate AI capabilities into design practices and product experiences.
