Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Utilities Data Owner Lead within the Data & Analytics team to define strategy, governance, and delivery of trusted data for the Digital Utilities product.

You will ensure data quality, stewardship, and reusability to accelerate analytics, support complex business operations, and enable responsible use of AI and machine learning across multiple stakeholders. You will partner with product, design, and technology leaders to establish metadata,

Qualifications

• Six years of experience delivering data products or data programs across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in data management, data engineering, pipelines, modeling, governance on cloud platforms and big data tech.
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, measurement definitions, data quality, access controls, and lineage.
• Ability to partner with product, technology, analytics, operations, risk, and controls to deliver outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain complex concepts to senior audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data strategy and roadmap for the Digital Utilities product, delivering governed, reusable data products.
• Partner with product, design, and technology leaders to ensure data supports analytics, ML, and AI with clear metadata and access rules.
• Identify and prioritize critical data domains, ensuring they are documented, classified, and discoverable.
• Establish expectations for data accuracy, timeliness, and coordinate delivery partners to meet quality requirements.
• Direct processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the lifecycle including protection and retention.
• Drive milestones and KPIs, build relationships across business, technology, analytics, operations, risk, and controls; lead teams.
