You will define data meaning, metadata, classification, and quality, partnering with business and technology to meet operational, analytics, AI/ML, and risk needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a data-related field.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines.
• Expertise in business data, product data, data governance, data quality, metadata, or data risk management.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, protection, retention, and lifecycle concepts.
• Understanding of modern data platforms, data architecture, and analytics enablement.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes through internal partnerships and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills for senior audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern critical Business Banking data across Insurance, Deposits, and Lending domains.
• Define, document, and maintain metadata, classification, ownership, lineage, and quality expectations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements for operations, analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and risk use cases.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the lifecycle.
• Drive remediation of data issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support data discovery and dependency management for new data needs.
• Track milestones, risks, and KPIs to ensure delivery of data outcomes.
