Geron Corporation seeks a visionary Vice President of US Market Access to lead our US access strategy from Parsippany, NJ. You will oversee trade, distribution, national accounts, and reimbursement, driving contracts with GPOs, hospitals, IDNs, and physician networks to secure broad patient access for RYTELO.

This executive role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and requires in-person presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in US-based trade, distribution, and patient access services in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with GPOs, IDNs, hospitals, physician networks, and commercial reimbursement channels.

Responsabilités

• Lead trade, distribution, national accounts, and reimbursement operations to ensure product access and supply continuity.
• Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage contracts with GPOs, hospitals, physician networks, distributors, and channel stakeholders.
• Drive distributor and channel partner management, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership on pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and channel economics to optimize market access.
